In this script i will explain and demonstrate through rational thought and natural observation the total superiority of raw vs cooked meat.

There is an infinity of extremely interesting stories to say about all of these indigenous tribes but this is nor a place or time to talk about them. The only relevant matter to this article is to show you that all of these tribes, that live nearly entirely of hunting or pastoralism, share an excellent both physical and spiritual health with what is nearly a complete absence of mental and body disease paired with a longevity, contrarily to what they tell us, far superior to ours.

Its a great deception to make us think that this tribe, famous for the freezing climate they live in but also for their warmness and joy of heart, live only to 30-40 years old because of their “unbalanced” diet. Such great lie was builded on the fact that some eskimos, who for curiosity and desire for adventure, chose to live with the white man eating his foods in his camps, died very young. Sugar, bread, canned food and cooked meat were very distant and alien from the fisiology of these people adapted for thousand of years on nutrient dense raw meat and blubber, with horrible consequences. Tubercolosis, caries, metabolic and cardiovascular problems were the inevitable end result of this brutal change making these poor souls die way earlier than their companions that choose to not trust the new foreigners and stick to their traditions.
The populations i just talked about, other than having perfect health, being long living and HAPPY, are incredibly strong and resilient both in their mind and bodies. The native americans, as did the germanics in the past, bathed naked in frozen lakes and rivers in full winter while other stories also narrate that their skin was so tough it required 4 properly positioned arrows to take one down, and they were so fast they could stay at par with bisons in the acceleration phase. Eskimos instead had so strong jaws and teeth to make them able to carry heavy objects with their mouth and munch directly on bones. The masai, most tall more than 2 meters and forefathers of the modern nba players, hunt lions with only a spear and being so feared sometimes by the great feline to make them flee. These tribes however, studied personally by Weston Price in his magistral book Nutrition and physical degeneration, were not completely incontaminated. The only person, to my knowing, that ever met a natural tribe with a risk of being incarcerated for life, was our loved Aajonus who had the courage to drive deep in the philippine arcipelago, even if weirdly prohibited by the goverment with long jail time as punishment if caught…
These tribes smartly chose to hide from the white man in remote islands eating only coconut, saturated fat, and raw fish. Aajonus was stunned with awe when he came to know from his translator that the perfect and vigorous specimens in front of him, very different from the modern inhabitants, were not thirty year olds as he thought but had instead seventy winters on their back.
The nasty trickery, which is blinding us into making us think that these “savages” live short and miserable lives full of disease while we, modern “ superior” and advanced beings who managed to defeat nature with his miraculous vaccines, cooked and pasteurized foods, is now dismantled by simply knowing the truth about these wonderful tribes of shepperds, hunters and fishers. The truth, my friends, is that we moderns, thanks to the same things that are heavily praised in our society such as sterilization and religions, are the most unhealthy, deformed, disarmonic and above all UNHAPPY creatures to have ever walked on this earth with a length of life almost half of that of natural people, the so called “barbarians”.
Modern day examples, Emma Morano and the sardinians
The system wants to make us think that the longest living people were vegeterian like or even worse, vegan. Nothing further away from the truth. The longest living people, apart from the tribal ones, are the sardinians, great eaters of cheeses(some even rotten) and meat, and the okinawa giapponese who’s saying is: it all starts with pork and ends with pork. Then we have the shepperds of the caucasus with their beloved kefir and the buddist monks who live on yak butter putting it also in their tea. Even greater though is the case of Emma Morano, the longest living woman for todays standards. Emma, having problems dealing with anemia in young age, had to see the doctor, that at the time acted mainly through NUTRITION, not big pharma. The doctor prescribed for her anemia a diet consisting of raw meat and eggs which the lady didn’t change till her death at the incredible age of 118 years old. But its genetics! Will shout modern medicine people and scientists. I hope its obvious by now that genetics and stress are the scapegoats and the excuses to hide what is the real problem: diet. Many mammals live in nature 7 times there maturation period , why should it be so different for human beings whose maturation period is 21 years?
What happens when you cook your food?
Cooking food doesn’t create anything positive apart from heat with many collateral damages.( we remember the readers that by food we consider only animal products). When we cook our meat we are computing the so intelligent and civilized act of destroying most of the nutrient and enzymes inside of it while at the same time creating many toxins like heterocyclic amines, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, lipid peroxides, AGE’s, acrylamides and others. Well congratulations forrest! Put your food in the fire, must be a really good idea after all!
What about bacteria and parasites? They must be eliminated through heat shouts the medical class, they are extremely dangerous!
Why don’t these doctors go say this, with there insulin bellies, big dark eye bags and depressed faces to the masai, the eskimos, the sardinians eaters of casu marciu full of worms or to Emma Morano? Aajonus demonstrated with various self financed experiments(no money for big pharma from his works, on the contrary) that bacteria and parasites are symbionts of the human being and innate part of every animal cell with a janitor/scaveneger role of feeding on degenerative and decaying tissue ONLY. They are our body cleaners helping us avoid tumours and eliminating the junk of our bodies. The parasite grows excessively and creates problems only on a diet full of carbohydrates and void of protein, such as that of the United Nations fed children of Africa. For people on a primal or carnivorous diet parasites have only beneficial properties. 90% of the human body is bacterial, without bacteria we simply don’t exist, our intestine has up to 4kgs of bacteria even from the e.coli family which is of fundamental importance to feed the central nervous system.
Our skin is full of “extremely dangerous” salmonella. Our society makes the great eye of doom focus on bacteria and parasite as enemies while the true problem, the industrial toxins and byproducts of civilization, are tearing havoc in our bodies.
I truly hope, after reading these first articles of my website, that the read understands how many disgusting lies have been forced down our throats to keep us away from true health. Modern day man is killing himself with his own hand while at the same time praising himself for it! Crazy times we live in, ain’t it true? To finish i just wanted to add that contrarily to what “scientists” say today, cooking our meat has only caused our brain to SHRINK, not grow, and modern civilization is the perfect demonstration of this.
